No micromanaging, training/coaching, recurring commission structure

Customer support can be overwhelming at times

The people are fantastic to be around. It's an appropriate level of management and friendliness.

As an account manager, you're responsible for contacting leads, the sale from start-finish, and providing continued support for those accounts. I wish there was some separation between those responsibilities or more emphasis on bettering your skills.
