Middle management tier is overstaffed and undertrained as managers. They lack business strategy experience and the ability to make decisions at their level. Decisions are political not strategic based on the business. Severe lack of innovation and 'doing the right thing'. Too many pivots. SLT has vision but they rely on the lower ranks to figure it out and pull it out. No roadmap to get their. It's a shame with the amount of talent they have acquired. Pay Rackers what they are worth, not just the managers.
