The culture here is like none other. We are truly empowered to do amazing things for our customers and deliver Fanatical Support. I have been at many companies where company values were something that were aspired to, but rarely lived out. Rackers actually live their core values every day. Racker management actually live their core values every day. The company invests a lot of energy into aligning Rackers to do things that they do best. And, we have a lot of fun while providing world-class service. Karaoke jams, break dancing contests, spontaneous barbecues in the parking lot . . . I could go on and on . . . I love this place!

This is a culture that empowers its employees to participate. All opinions are valid and considered (regardless of your "level" in the organization). I think that kind of openness may be difficult for people who are used to working in a rigid "chain of command" type of organization. I wouldn't come here if that is the type of culture you're looking for. Also, Rackspace moves very fast and highly encourages creativity. Because of this, change occurs continuously. You need to be very comfortable with change to be successful here.
