- High turnover, people work in fear that they will be next - Team lacks diversity, especially C-suite, which makes it difficult for new/different ideas to gain traction - Product-first culture as opposed to people-first (this could be a pro for some) - Only surface level commitment to equity and inclusion

Hi, thanks for the feedback. While we unfortunately parted ways with a few employees who were not a fit this year, we are promoting top performers and hiring aggressively. DE&I has been and will continue to be a priority as the company grows. Like most fast-growing small startups, Radar has a strong culture, but it's not for everyone.
