The team of people I work most closely with is great. Dedicated and committed to doing our best work, no slackers. Work life balance is great

They mean well and I think they want to produce an environment to do good work, but the vision isn't executed well. They sell services we don't have or can't execute on and the C suite is not in sync with the teams executing the work. Major disconnect between execs and middle management, they are creating a culture of complacency
