Inappropriate Deduction & Only Negative - Recensione dipendente - Executive presso Radical Minds

Have Mulitples:- 1. Penalty of 500 Rupees which is executive level's 70% full day salary in case we are coming after 5 mins of scheduled time however no OT for regular extended shifts 2. Unprofessional Behavior:- Higher Mgmt to HR HOD are not using professional language; 3. No Scope of Promotions:- Employees are leaving within 6-12 months due to no scope of promotion / increment.
