Our CWO ('Chief Wagon Officer') is the Founder's Grandson. He is a fantastic leader; highly transparent, supportive and passionate about the success of the organization. We are a lean, small team which is great as it allows for close collaboration, cross-training and the ability to wear many hats. However, it can become challenging at times to accomplish all goals and keep up with demands. The team overall is extremely driven and motivated, but some do struggle with maintaining work/life balance.
