These company do not have any pros

Is been horrible working for Radish, Im glad the school where I work with end up the contract because they didnt pay and they took and keep the pensions. Actually at the end of the contract they didnt pay the complete wegges ouing all the salara to one of my colleges. They also dont have the correct information from the employers so they put the wrong National Insurance number, eaven they ve been told a couple of times they didnt change it

Truly none beside friendly staff

I regret to share my disappointing experience with this company. The management is disorganized, and there’s a serious lack of clear communication at all levels. Expectations are often unclear, and decisions are made with little thought or forewarning. There’s a chaotic work environment with poor planning, leading to unnecessary stress and confusion for employees. Management seems disconnected from the daily challenges faced by staff and rarely provides support! I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking a supportive and structured work environment.
