Radisphere is founded by two radiologists, Franklin and Sidelman. However, the company's culture is to pump work out from the radiologists and encourage speed reading. Missed diagnosis with consequences to the patients occur frequently. It is not encouraged to talk about the short-comings of the Radisphere. Management appears to be interested in ultimately getting to IPO so that they can cash in. What the management say is not necessary what they do. Whether you get paid on time or the correct amount is not guaranteed. You have to be vigilant to to make sure they are not making mistakes on your payment.
