Nothing good in working at Radius Telecoms. Waste of time.

I wouldn't recommend Radius Telecoms to my worst enemy. The company culture is incredibly toxic, rife with bullying, especially from tenured employees. Management provides zero support or guidance, instead focusing solely on sales targets. Your worth is measured entirely by your sales figures, creating a cutthroat and demoralizing environment. Beyond the bullying, the office is filled with constant gossip ("tsismis"), with colleagues even commenting on each other's clothing. Avoid this place at all costs; your mental health will thank you.
