I lost my job, there was inappropriate behavior pushed upon me, and I stood up for myself. Senior execs should be better. I wish Glassdoor would allow me to be more specific, but I can’t. Just know, it’s not a serious company. There would be more negative reviews on LinkedIn if it wasn’t for their “paid” employment severance package with an nda.
Shortly after my review gets approved, if it does, you’ll see a canned response from the company. This should be all you need to know.
Do not apply here. I’ll be going to an actual reputable Engineering firm. And, don’t be fooled by the “we are growing” platform, or Align 29. There is nothing aligned at this company.
