The benefits they provide, including pay, are better than most companies out there when looking for mostly entry level position. They work well with people with families to accommodate a work like balance as much as possible.

The biggest challenge of working for Rainbow is the lack of training and structure. It is a pretty relaxed environment and could use a little more structure when training.

The employees, for the most part are great to work with. They are fun and push you. The customers can be amazing. Fun conversations.

The business is not the same. They've gone corporate and no longer care like they once did for their employees. Benefits have been taken away.
