I recently joined Rainstream Web as an HR Manager, and from day one, the experience has been incredibly positive. The onboarding process was smooth, and I felt welcomed by everyone on the team. What really stands out is how approachable and supportive the CEO and leadership team are. They’re always open to new ideas and truly care about each employee's growth and well-being. The team members are equally helpful, creating an environment where you can learn, grow, and take ownership of your work. It's refreshing to be part of a company where hard work is recognized and people genuinely enjoy what they do.

I have been working with the company for 5.8 years. Started my professional career with company as a Fresher. Company provides excellent Trainings and learning for Freshers. Global Client base so you get to work with international clients. On-time Salary and didn't lay off any employee in the pandemic. Good working culture and you can take break at will, whenever you want. World-class Infrastructure and facilities. Picnics and Cutural Events. Enjoyed my time here with the people. Cheers. I strongly recommend Rainstreamweb to freshers as well as experienced employees.
