      Very flexible scheduling, very social work culture in restaurants, competitive pay considering the industry.

      After 4 years of working at the company part time, I’ve seen a big push from beyond restaurant level management to cut labor at expense of employees, including over scheduling and involuntary cutting scheduled shifts short as little as at the third hour. The company supposedly pushes managers to no longer schedule shifts 5 or more hours per day to avoid break violations, which means it is near impossible at a non management position to receive over 25 hours a week even if you have a week-wide availability.

      Friendly co workers and supportive team in general. Lots of free merch,+1 dollar per hour past 10pm

      No breaks or shift meals, asked you to stay late every shift and got offered Amazon gift cards as extra compensation for various favors like covering late night shifts at another location or coming in early or staying late to deep clean the store, and I never received an Amazon gift card nor did any co worker who was made the same offer.
