      Everyone is proud to work for the company. There's a sense of equality that makes work seem less taxing. The morale is positive and energetic. The pay and benefits are a step above anywhere else comparable. The upper corporate half of the company is interested in those of us on the front lines, and that is such an act of respect I love it.

      The music at times is overwhelming. Especially when trying to listen for call outs. Everyone has an individual voice tone which is a challenge to adapt to.

      Friendly co workers and supportive team in general. Lots of free merch,+1 dollar per hour past 10pm

      No breaks or shift meals, asked you to stay late every shift and got offered Amazon gift cards as extra compensation for various favors like covering late night shifts at another location or coming in early or staying late to deep clean the store, and I never received an Amazon gift card nor did any co worker who was made the same offer.
