      -You will always be offered base pay even if there’s money in the budget to pay you more UNLESS you ask for it. Should be one base pay across the board for each position, raises given as they’re earned. We’re all doing the same job, right? Do your research before accepting an offer. -Bird specialist can be physically demanding. -Night shift usually has teenagers that call off.

      Friendly co workers and supportive team in general. Lots of free merch,+1 dollar per hour past 10pm

      No breaks or shift meals, asked you to stay late every shift and got offered Amazon gift cards as extra compensation for various favors like covering late night shifts at another location or coming in early or staying late to deep clean the store, and I never received an Amazon gift card nor did any co worker who was made the same offer.
