This place has a cult like mindset. Everyone is expected to be on the One Love wave. It's always 75 in Sunny at Raising Canes! 🌈🌞
I think encouraging this behavior/ way of thinking limits growth. If you force everyone to think like you, then you will never grow past your own mindset. Another reviewer called it toxic positivity and I couldn't agree more! Such a perfect summation of the mindset here,
The pay is also very low compared to market. They expect you to accept lower pay because they are just "such a great place to work."
