Some really kind, friendly staff who are genuine, passionate people. The flexibility that the company offers is very progressive and a key asset. Management were also understanding regarding health issues.

Svantaggi

Very poor product that should not be competing in the charity space at the current price points. Disappointing male-dominated leadership that is out of touch with the charity sector. Very stretched employees with few escalation procedures in place. Lower salaries for more junior staff compared to market rate.

I worked for Raising IT at the end of 2018. Whilst there I had a mental health breakdown (not related to work I might add). My line manager Andy was very supportive and the company adapted my work schedule to support my recovery. The CEO also took time out of his busy schedule to have a one-to-one chat with me and sent me on a course for self discovery and building mental resilience.
