The people have great attitudes, literally such nice people and great benefits. Tho the company is striving to be a fintech and a lot of people are not ready to move forward technologically.

If you don’t have management experience there’s not a lot of growth upward. LOTS of opportunities laterally tho.

The culture is taken very seriously and everyone is generally nice or polite. Collaboration is easy and most people are nice and willing to help.

Some middle management don’t really align with the bigger values of the company. Very hard to get remote or hybrid jobs. We are going fully digital and it’s not really aligned to not have this option.
