There is little to no training provided with RG except that you will be forced to take on many of Heidi's bad PR tactics like spamming and harassing the media for hours on end. In terms of what type of management to expect - Heidi can be very demeaning. While at RG, we all had to endure her often cruel and pointless rants that quite often resulted in at least one person being on the verge of tears. And, if you do your job and exceed expectations? Expect Heidi to take the credit and brag about how she's done such a good job without the help of anyone from her team. It's lovely. In terms of compensation and hours - hourly wages are on the low end, especially for interns, and there's no such thing as full time. Each intern that came in was either unpaid or received a $20 stipend each day, even though they were doing the same work us Account Coordinators were doing. Also, make sure to ask for pay stubs and keep them. When tax season rolls around, RG has a habit of refusing to send W2's and does not fill them out with the accurate tax withholding amounts - kind of frightening. In terms of hours, as the past review read, RG would close and send home its employees if Heidi and/or Stuart no longer felt like working. All joking aside, I was hired to be full time but sometimes worked only 10 hours in a week. One a side note, if you do decide to work with RG, be careful when and if you decide to move on. While I was there, I witnessed Heidi give an extremely slanderous reference for an employee she let go after she asked for equal pay.
