Svantaggi
The main issue here is that employees are not appreciated as much as they should be and this can be shown in the highlighted issues below: - The salary is about £10k lower than the industry standard and substantially less that that of colleagues in different offices despite the living wage of London being higher - There is an agile working environment that was promoted as being an opportunity for inter-deparmental collaboration and freedom; in reality, it became a chance for management to form cliques and force employees to dance to their tune under the guise of being 'relaxed' - Monumental lack of structure: there is little guidance on who to go to about what and so you are left to flail, hoping for the best while logging into the many dashboards with no real idea as to which one will give you the answers you're looking for - The lack of structure leads to a lack of clear career progression; employees are left confused about what their next step is and also what it will entail - Lack of training; the training is certainly an insight into the structure of the company in that it's incredibly disorganised. There is no checklist or guide on how exactly to go about things, so again, you are left to search, hope for the best and convince yourself that you figure it out eventually - Hierarchy; the culture is toxic and it's all centered around a high-school mentality that is obsessed with hierarchy. The management remind you all the time that they are management and you are not and if you don't adhere to their cultural norms, you will be looked down upon - Due to the hierarchial issues, employees who behave out of line but are of a particular level of superiority will not be repremanded, while others who simply try to do their jobs to the utmost may be. There is a huge gap and therefore double-sidedness to the treatment of employees - The refusal to take feedback costructively; many of the issues laid out here have been mentioned in the past and there has been a massive failure in doing anything The issues stated above, along with others, make for a very unkind and divided enviroment.
