      The company does have its positive areas such as people speak English, free cafeteria food, and good 9:30 - 18:00 working hours.

      There is a lot of micro-management and bureaucracy. Also, in spite of the Englishnization program, the company is still very much domestic minded.

      Rakuten Rewards has great life balance. Too bad the economy was getting rocked.

      Don't really have any cons. I understand that the market's been hard so had to downsize the force, so that was kinda challenging. Hopefully AI will increase everyone's output.
