3 years coming up in September. I have to say hands down best boss ever. Management does value your ideas and time. I felt I have grown as an individual at this company and this isn't some bs review I genuinely am very very happy here.

We are a little behind the times with the way we do some things but we have made strides in resolving these recently for 2024.

Its more like a family than a company, everyone works together towards a common goal. The boss is fantastic, they are flexible and make sure their employees are well taken care of.

Not a single complaint to mention.
