Pay is average. I worked there for years and never received a raise. Ever. Through the cost of living rising, loss of staff, and excellent performance reviews. Also, PTO has to be used on actual holidays. There is also no, moving up the ladder. There isn't one. It doesn't matter if you have a sick child, you will get an "occurrence" for being out if it hasn't been excused in advance. This place does not care about its employees.
