Unethical and Unqualified Manager - Recensione dipendente - Staffing Manager presso Randstad US

My manager was unethical and allowed to operate without many check and balances. This manager was "nice" but talked behind employees backs to each other telling their weaknesses and asking peers to fix the others shortcomings instead of managing it. Would text us due to I assume not being comfortable ever acting as a manager. Would skip so many steps on the corporate process that it made it hard to learn - so as a new person I felt like I couldn't excel and eventually just got fed up and quit.
