Poor Communication When I gave notice, I was called by the DIRECTOR at my contract position immediatly after giving notice and was bashed, yelled at for not giving a full 2 week notice. Understandable why they were upset but I was offered Full Time Perm with Benefits and needed me quickly. The contract position was not fully up and running and they understood that I did not want them investing alot of their time in getting me set up. When dealing with payroll the gal was rude and short with me the entire time of my employment. Management then called and bashed me to the contractee. They were okay with everything and understood. Appreciated me giving the heads up as soon as possible.
