I had sourced him, interviewed him, and continued to submit him for temp-to-perm positions. A mid-level recruiter attempted to place him in a perm position behind my back so that he wouldn't have to split commission. After finding out, I confronted him. Management did nothing but tell him not to do it again. I did not receive the split I was owed.
