      If your client does not renew the contract, you will be laid off. Internal recruitment does not really help redeploy you anywhere else. Each account pay differently. Have had some horrible management and the good people were laid off because of favoritism. If looking for stability, do not work for RPO. Bonuses are low or none even if you are the best performer and carry 30-40 requisitions.
