I joined here post my graduation and belong to south India. From the day I joined I was at ease and not stressed to work or felt out of place. I had colleagues in different departments or teams from other parts of south india, Assam, Nagaland, Maharashtra. I loved the composition and child believe what they wrote. My youngest team member was just out of school. I was heard bh the HR, team members and management. They all helped us to be comfortable, understand our problems and helped us. Philosophy was if you don't make mistakes you don't learn, and this was across the organization. Great place and proud to be part of this wonderful organisation. Work life balance, respect for what we do and recognition keeps us bound as a team.
