Management is very poor, and employee concerns are not taken seriously. If you raise issues about workplace problems or difficult colleagues, you can expect to be pushed to the bottom of the priority list, while those same individuals may continue to be rewarded and recognized. Responsibilities vary dramatically depending on the client and can often extend far beyond what would reasonably be expected for the role. The company does little to advocate for or support its employees, and opportunities for career progression are extremely limited. Career paths are unclear and scarce, with very few advancement opportunities available. In most cases, progression only becomes possible when someone leaves a position, creating a vacancy. Even then, internal employees must go through the same application process as external candidates, with no meaningful consideration given to existing experience or loyalty to the company. Overall, the company lacks effective leadership, employee support, and a clear framework for professional development.
