Great training sessions, great mental health support, great at diversion and inclusivity( they are definitely not just ticking a box- genuinely passionate about it and have invested a lot of money into this)

Not that great support for managers. We're stuck dealing with difficult clients and the occasional difficult employees and rather than getting support and counselling on how to best navigate certain issues, there's a bit of a telling-off voice/attitude when spoken to. We're the machines who should have all the answers all the time and who should have a big smile on at all times. depending on who your Head of Ops is, you might have a harder time than the rest of your colleagues.
