HR is literally the founder's son, the whole company is essentially a family business, if you pissed off one person you'll be targeted by the group. Managers literally don't know how to explain tasks clearly and expect you to guess what they think, they make you feel like you're not needed but then next second you're the center of the hurricane. Workplace bullying was really bad, people pretend to be your friends but then whisper and make fun of you in front of your face. Also if you're not one of the lucky ones who are liked and allowed to stay for many years here, you're just a temporary person and they can cut you off anytime. Looking for a full-time job? Well it's actually going to be a temporary position.
