      Excellent team members although morale is low. Regular travel to Barcelona.

      Untrustworthy company ethos in general. Incredibly low salaries compared to market rates especially for the Barcelona team. Lack of support from line management unless it directly benefits them. Frequent unethical behaviour by management in India.

      Strong network of dedicated travel professionals at the IC and Mid-Level pushing to succeed despite senior leadership challenges at the very top. Good Work/Life Balance and benefits. Strong Parent Company

      Adara's most senior leader lacks support from people across different departments within the organization, and many are very frustrated. Seems to value compliance over innovation. Appears to prevent genuine feedback from reaching RateGain leadership by controlling the narrative in their own favor. Many are vocalizing their complaints in private channels wondering how much longer this can go on. Feels close to breaking point.
