No organizational skills with leadership. Very poor communication between leaders and employees leading to be left feeling overwhelmed and frustrated. There’s very poor onboarding processes and came to experience lack of leadership favoritism and hazing with new employees. Managers having family working in same organization which could been seen as conflict of interest. This company has great potential and is in very start up stage. Work hour expectations are managers expect you to live there and look down on you if you leave after your shift is done and you don’t stay late every day.
