Hope crushing management - Recensione dipendente - Lead Operator presso Raybestos Powertrain

Management has lost sight of the big picture and has resorted to telling leads and supervisors that if their people don't hate them their not doing their job. This same plant manager refused to listen when his staff told him not to bring ppl in on overtime because it would disrupt the workflow for the coming weeks ... it resulted in ppl coming in working Fri. and Sat. overtime then sending ppl home for the next 3 weeks because they had no work... Operators have quit and now we have lowered our standards of hiring just to get "bodies" in that they can't even do basic math...
