      May be good at office. Salary comes in time. I do not see any advantages apart from this. Yes for starters you can get a brand name

      Horrible immediate managers.. loads of politics...no interdepartment coordination. Worst place to work if you are a field engineer. Nothing will come in time. Manpower always in dearth, material will reach late...irresponsible SCM deptt...you are expected to work like superman from site execution to manpower management to driving!!! Managers are escapist in nature and will fire gun from your shoulder. Its better NOT TO JOIN IF U ARE A FIELD ENGINEER

      set schedule, excellent pay and good benefits. many additional perks for employees, they put in a gym for employees to use before and after work or while on their breaks

      jobs were bid and won by seniority not by job performance. someone that has been there longer but has a terrible work ethic could essentially beat you out of a position just because they worked there longer
