      The CEO, He will make sure you work day and night and get no appreciation. He wants you to work on everything, from UI design to Product deployment, every single part of the project including QA, business outline etc. You need to understand the business and act accordingly, there will be no one to shape your ideas but you will be the first to scold if anything misses. He will interrupt your family life as well as ruin your weekends. Nevertheless, your work is never enough. Be careful while considering working with him as in the last 3 years no recruit could survive the environment. You may consider reviews from different job portals such as jobstreet, indeed, glassdoor.

      Here have no PROS. Only a small bunch of great colleagues. Probably because the company is only focus of profit and treat workers as slave, they look after each other.

      You have to do everything and Stupid Boss always changes his mind. You have not only to do the work you have to explain why the other ways was not better even if you successfully complete the job within timeline. Stupid like to debate for time pass. No WORK-LIFE balance. NO Salary increment. You will be asked to make teas/coffee for the customer or visitors. You will be asked to do plumbing job if necessary. Tricky job agreement. READ everything thrice before sign.
