Frequent reorganizations within IT which create a challenge for individuals to stay focused on the work at hand. Several senior level IT executives (e.g., VPs, SVPs) have demonstrated an aggressive leadership style that has resulted in many key people within IT fleeing the firm. The leadership style of some executives has resulted in an overall feeling within their organization of feeling de-valued and unappreciated. This is not the work environment that promotes an engaged workforce, hopefully things will change.
