Promotions are rare and usually go to buddies. You will be over worked called on weekends and evenings. You will be underpaid, and the benefits are poor compared to the rest of the industry (especially health insurance). No stability, Financial Advisors are all the company cares about, as IT you will be the first to be let go in hard times. The politics are thick, especially among management. Team infighting is the norm. Yes men/women are preferred.
