      The beauty of the company was the old motto of work, work, play. The culture was very different from the stuffy Wall Street firms and family/work life balance was encouraged.

      The culture is changing and after the Morgan Keegan merger, they did not hire more employees for 1200 additional financial advisors. The company is now all about measuring and squeezing blood out of a turnip. Raises have been abysmal since 2008 although the company touts "record profits".
