Some poeple are very friendly. Nice work atmosphere outside of some individuals. Maitenance and Tool room staff are highly skilled.

Cut throat. Management is stuck in the mentality of 2 to 3 decades ago. "If they dont like it fire them" I was in many meetings where they bad mouthed the labor force. The old school fight between management and workers. Not working as a team.
