- They’ve had several changes in leadership and the company is significantly different from what it used to be. Not bad, just different.
- Their contract/perm setup is poor. They don’t allow perm team to work on contract, or vice versa. Doesn’t incentivize you to bring in new roles that are outside of your area. When contracts come in because the industry dictates it, the contract team makes money and nobody else does. Makes no sense.
- Salary raises are few and far between and they force you into management or give you unrealistic targets if you determine management is not for you
