Unprofessional office environment. Be prepared to wait outside the office waiting to get in for half an hour a couple of mornings a week until management turn up with McDonald’s breakfasts for themselves whilst preaching to telemarketers how important mornings are. Data is a huge issue and by far the worst of any telemarketing company I have been at. Training is poor - concentrated on industry specific features which comes with time- they need to train the basics I.e Overcoming objections and script pace etc. If you are a SERIOUS telemarketer and used to making big money working in a strong team. Do not waste your time applying to reach telecoms southampton. Throwing paper airplanes across the office is more important than booking Dems it would seem.
