The pay is low for Direct Care one of the lowest wages I've seen for this type of work. The Coordinators are overworked and all have a dead in the eyes look after they have been there any amount of time. Management doesn't want to change things even if they would make things run more efficiently and smoother.....why you ask because they have been doing it there way for so long and it works for them supposedly.
