CIAM market is hot and the product has high potential. Already has a nice client portfolio especially in the retail industry. Closed last year a Serie A of 10M USD, ReachFive is backed up by 3 strong investors CapHorn, Ventech and Dawn Capital.

No talent retention, lack of leadership and vision from the CEO. Tenure is max or maybe less than a year, between layoffs and resignations, management is a disaster. CEO is the single founder and set up his first company. Clearly lack of experience and not capable to build trust. He s been lucky to have been supported by some great, resilient and talented people but many of them unfortunately left. He doesn’t know his product, he is not successful sales, and has no management skills, worst he is a liar and a coward.
