Bonus is a scam or recruiter is a scam. Poor management: managers avoid answering difficult questions. Bad products: make money from old people who don’t know how to use smartphones. Silent layoffs: place people on PIP so managers can tell you there are no layoffs. Creates unnecessary and unstructured processes for unimportant issues to appear organized, while ignoring key areas that could genuinely improve the business.
