They're candid and truly care about every single employee. They foster a very comfortable, open environment and invite all voices (no matter what level) to be heard. Leadership also invests in employees at the individual level. They are always working to provide you with whatever you may need to be your most successful version of yourself, whether they're subsidising an outside educational opportunity, or ordering you a standing desk. Also, they actively push you to grow as an employee, often handing over the reins on presentations or projects where they know you could benefit from the experience. 3. The work. There's a mixed client portfolio, which keeps things diverse and interesting. The managers also work very hard to push the work to be the best it can be, which is refreshing compared to other agencies' approaches. 4. The culture. Everyone is extremely supportive and willing to help. Because it's a small agency, everyone takes full responsibility for the work they're accountable for, and has a shared interest in seeing the work succeed. Aside from the work, fun work events like laser tagging and craft nights are always a blast.
