Hey ReadyTecher,
Thanks for taking the time to provide your feedback. I'm glad to hear you describe the culture as awesome, open and with plenty of passion.
Your insights around the cons are valuable- thank you. We kicked off a program focussed on sales incentives last year to address some of these concerns. I want to acknowledge that perfecting this journey may take some time, but we are committed to making improvements along the way.
Thanks again for your feedback and your contribution to Readytech.
Cheers,
Jess
If they can't get rid of you legally, they will do it illegally. Lack of care for staff. Don't ask hard questions or try to hold those who make (poor) decisions accountable, they will find a way to get rid of you, including making your role redundant, only to fill it again a few months later. The COO is a nasty piece of work and will lie to your face. In my team (Payroll support), some of what I was asked to do was right on the edge of legal.
