really fast growing, really exciting place to work due to the growth and success. really ambitious team members with a great team spirit, atmosphere and shared goal. everyone works hard and supports each other and gets on well. really great client base too with really good relationships with clients and candidates. what is great as well is that Real is a global company so there is a great network and opportunities to learn from offices in US/Europe/Asia etc as company really focuses on sharing best practice and knowledge. brilliant career progression opportunities and really is a meritocracy. anyone can get far in the company and can make huge money based on hard work and attitude. a company who really has clear values which they drive every day and everything that is done revolves around the values which is great. also like the fact that the rewards are so great and commission on offer is really fantastic.

there is a really high standard and you do have to work hard. however it does pay off. but not the place for someone who is half hearted in their approach. if you are not willing to give it a 100% and work hard its not the place for you.

-A solid foundation for new starters, though career progression and learning tend to stall beyond the initial ramp-up period -Women are well-represented among individual contributors but largely absent from sales leadership roles -The office culture includes overt MAGA presence that many employees find alienating, as well as unprofessional and somewhat predatory behavior -Leadership asks for feedback but fails to implement meaningful change -Salaries have not been adjusted in years and are noticeably below market rate for the industry -Consultants receive no management support for business development, leaving them to sink or swim on their own -Senior leadership prioritizes optics and internal branding (endless new acronyms) over driving tangible business impact -There is little to no collaboration between contract and permanent placement teams, creating silos that hurt overall performance -Accountability is inconsistently applied - top billers operate by a different set of rules than everyone else
