      The account management team are on task. There are some nice people working there. Good reputation with current customers for the most part.

      Mico Management. Poor work life balance. You are expected to reply 24/7. Not open to change. Cliques. Lengthy time to get paid commissions, It can take months. The biggest con is a lack of creating a panel of current users to get feedback on items that do need to change when it comes to product. Contract work.
